SFTP chown command

Despite its utility in local file systems, the chown command is not natively supported in most SFTP servers as per the standard SFTP protocol specification (RFC 913). This is primarily due to security considerations. Providing the ability to change file ownership over a network connection presents a significant security risk, as it could potentially be exploited to escalate privileges or gain unauthorized access to files.
